Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

2. Your Account

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Parts of the Service are offered through paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their terms, not directly by us. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an active subscription. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All recipes, stories, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute content except as expressly permitted.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that support it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.

6. Recipes and Health Disclaimer

Recipes and related information are provided for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and for following safe food-handling practices. The Service does not provide medical or nutritional advice; consult a qualified professional regarding dietary needs or allergies. We are not liable for any adverse reaction or harm resulting from preparing or consuming any dish.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (such as the app stores and our hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
